Are pieces food-safe, dishwasher-safe & microwave-safe?
All of the glazes we use are food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. However, please do not expose your pieces to sudden temperature shifts. We'd recommend handwashing to ensure the longevity of your pieces.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to glaze in 1 week and fire in 1-2 weeks, so your order will be completed within 2-3 weeks from your order date. Please note that this time frame is only an estimate and does not account for the delivery time.
A notification email will be sent to you when your order is ready for shipping or pick-up. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 days. If you choose to pick-up your order, we will send you a booking link to schedule your pick-up appointment.
Halcyon Ceramics is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
Can I return my order?
Although all sales are final, please contact us with any issues or to report defective products.
If your order arrives broken, please send us pictures within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will send you a replacement in 2-3 weeks.
When will items be restocked?
We're hoping to restock custom sets once to twice a month, after the previous batch is shipped out.
